On May 17, the theme of the Creative Art Workshop was “I Am in Charge.”

The children explored self-expression by viewing self-portraits by three artists—Vincent van Gogh, Frida Kahlo, and Joan Miró. Through discussion and hands-on activities, they talked about what self-expression means and created their own artworks centered around the theme of “me,” exploring, creating, and expressing their unique ideas and feelings.
