Youth volunteer training program "青少年志愿者培训计划"

On August 14, WWCC held a youth volunteer training program, adopting a combination of scenario simulation and task-based challenges. Under randomly assigned themes drawn by lot, all participants worked on designing event plans, allocating volunteer roles, defining each position’s responsibilities, and identifying key considerations. Through proactive thinking and brainstorming, participants gained a clearer and more structured understanding of volunteer work in large-scale events. WWCC aims to use such training to foster a youth volunteer team that is trustworthy, punctual, responsible, and capable of seeing the big picture.

8月14日，WWCC 举办了青年志愿者培训活动。本次培训采用情境模拟、任务挑战的方式进行。所有参与者在抽签获得的随机情境主题下，策划活动方案、分配志愿者岗位、明确各岗位职责，并提出关键注意事项。通过主动思考与头脑风暴，大家对大型活动中的志愿服务有了更加清晰的认识。WWCC 希望通过这样的培训，培养出一支守信守时、具备全局观、富有责任心的青年志愿者队伍。
